When a new account is created, either by import or through the New Business Wizard, account login (email address and password) are associated with that account.  There are two ways that your members can get the login:

• From you (from your master list)
• From the I Forgot Function

• To generate your Master List simply click the link that says "...export your member list." From the Membership Tab in your Levelfield Account:

Your members can also get their account login sent to them by email from the Login page (http://affiliates.onlineagency.com/desk/dest_shell.aspx?brand=L)

• They must enter the email address that is associated with their account
• Then click the I Forgot button and the password will be sent
